Ownership

All songs, visuals, and creative content produced by Songs to Life Inc remain the intellectual property of Songs to Life.
You are granted a perpetual personal and social-use license for any song purchased.

You may:

• Download, listen to, and store your song for personal enjoyment.
• Share it on social-media platforms, at family events, or with friends and loved ones.
• Include your song in personal videos or tributes (non-monetized).

You may not:

• Sell, stream, or distribute the song for profit.
• Use it in paid ads, sponsorships, or commercial products without written approval from Songs to Life.
• Claim authorship or ownership of the composition, music, or production.

Commercial Use (Optional Add-On)

If you or your business wish to use your song commercially — for monetized videos, advertising, or music-platform distribution — a Commercial License Add-On is available by request.

Revisions & Regenerations

Because each song is generated using our professional software technology, revisions are treated as new creative sessions.
We’ll always strive to maintain the spirit of your story, but small differences in melody or tone may occur between versions.

Sharing & Promotion

We love when customers share their songs online!
When you post, please tag or mention @SongsToLife — it helps more people discover inspiring stories like yours.

Refunds & Delivery

Because each song is custom-made and creative in nature, all sales are final once production has begun.
We ensure quality by providing previews and clear communication throughout your order process.

We believe every song has the power to touch lives, and sharing these stories helps more people find hope, healing, and inspiration through music.

• We will always treat your story and song with respect and integrity.
• Songs may be featured on our official platforms (website, social pages, YouTube, Spotify, etc.) to help others discover the impact of real-life stories.
• You remain the heart behind the story — we simply help it reach more people.
• If you ever prefer that your full song not be shared publicly, email stories@songstolife.com, and we’ll honor your request immediately — no questions asked.
